- Fulvic acid lowers oxidative stress and boosts endogenous antioxidant defenses. (Documented in cell/animal research.)
- Therefore fulvic acid plausibly helps protect the environment your telomeres live in. (Reasonable inference — not a proven outcome.)
That's the honest position. It's a support play for the upstream cause, not a magic wand on the telomere itself.
The Bigger Longevity Picture: Inflammaging
Aging researchers use a word: "inflammaging" — the low-grade chronic inflammation that builds up over decades and drives frailty. Fulvic acid's documented anti-inflammatory action (reducing TNF-α, COX-2, and PGE2 in the 2018 review) hits that hallmark too.
